§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe voluntary bodies in Wales with an interest in services for mentally handicapped people formed, on 23 March, a standing conference of voluntary organisations whose objectives include the provision of a forum through which the views and experience of the voluntary sector can be applied to the development and implementation of the all-Wales strategy.
