Member for Carmarthen on 11 February 1982 — [Vol. 17, c.458–59]— the then Minister for Health provided details of the percentage of unrestricted principals in general medical practice in England at 1 October 1981 with consent to arrange for deputising services in relation to their out-of-hours responsibilities. More recent figures are not available.
