§ Mr. Higginsasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will seek to amend the Highway Code to make it clear that motorists and other vehicles approaching mini-roundabouts do not have priority over any other vehicle already on the roundabout ahead of them.
§ Mrs. ChalkerI agree entirely that motorists and others should be conversant with the procedure to be followed at mini roundabouts. However, I believe that the "Highway Code", particularly rules 91 and 102, is already clear enough on this matter.
