§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will provide a list of National Health Service hospitals which are currently the subject of claims against the architect and/or contractors in respect of faulty design or construction; how much is being claimed in each case; and if he will list hospitals where claims have been settled over the last five years in respect of faulty design or construction giving (a) the amounts claimed and (b) the settlements reached.
