§ Mr. Fosterasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in the Official Report a list of those authorities unable to implement fully the housing benefit scheme on 4 April and the numbers of tenants involved.
§ Mr. RossiI shall be making a statement in the near future about the outcome of the main start of the housing benefit scheme.
