§ Mr. Dorrellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the resolution on world population and development adopted by the joint committee of the African, Caribbean and Pacific countries of the European Community consultative assembly on 24 February, the Overseas Development Administration will brief British Members of the European Parliament on the role and scale of population projects in the British development aid programme.
