§ Mr. HurdThe United Kingdom has not signed any bilateral non-aggression treaties since signing the United nations charter in 1945. The principle of non-aggression is one of the fundamental principles of the United Nations charter. All members of the United Nations are under an obligation to settle international disputes by peaceful means and to refrain from acts of aggression.
