§ Mr. WaddingtonIn view of the circumstances of Mr. Papasoiu's illegal entry it is not possible to provide the exact date of arrival but it is thought to be three or four days before he reported to the Metropolitan Police on 19 April 1982.
Written representations concerning Mr. Papasoiu prior to his removal were received from the British Romanian Society dated 5 November 1982; Mr. S. Ionescu dated 11 272W November 1982; the hon. Member for Essex, South-East (Sir B.
