§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will issue guidelines to local education authorities in Wales to ensure that education facilities for mentally handicapped children give due regard to the home language of such children.
§ Mr. John Stradling ThomasI do not think it is necessary to issue such guidelines at present. If the hon. Member has a particular problem in mind, I will look into it if he will let me have the details.
