§ Mr. OnslowThere are no powers under United Kingdom legislation which can be used to restrict the export of funds from the Falkland Islands. As far as powers under Falkland Islands legislation are concerned, this is a matter on which I shall need to consult the Falkland Islands authorities and I shall write to the hon. Member as soon as possible.
