§ Dr. Vaughan[pursuant to his reply, 29 March 1983, c. 116]: L. Landers Ltd. is being wound up by order of the High Court of Justice dated 8 November 1982. Accordingly, the official receiver is under a statutory duty to investigate its affairs and his inquiries are continuing. I am not in a position to intervene.
