§ Mrs. McElhoneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the South of Scotland Electricity Board has now introduced its scheme similar to the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board by which domestic consumers are charged no more for standing charges than half the total of the bill.
§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe South of Scotland Electricity Board intends to introduce its scheme in electricity bills issued by the board on or after 4 May 1983.
