§ Sir George Young[pursuant to his reply, 28 March 1983, c. 76]: No. It will be for the local authority concerned, in the context of a particular UDG proposal, to draw my right hon. Friend's attention to the existence of any provision in a local Act which in its view inhibits its use of section 137.
