§ Mr. RifkindWe continue to attach importance to existing agreements covering aspects of arms control in space. We believe strongly in the desirability of further agreements. To this end we have held extensive discussions with our NATO allies, and especially the United States, regarding aspects of this complex subject which could usefully be pursued in a working group of the committee on disarmament in Geneva.
