§ Sir George YoungA recipient of rent rebate or rent allowance would have his entitlement reduced by £1.70 per week if his income were above the needs allowance, 71W if that income were to increase by £10 per week and if all other factors relevant to the calculation of entitlement were to remain unchanged.
