§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether, when houses currently owned by the National Health Service in Wales, which are located in areas of outstanding natural beauty or other areas to which the provisions of section 19 of the Housing Act 1980 apply in respect of public sector tenants, are offered for sale to their 10W occupants, he will include a similar buy-back clause in the conveyance or grant in order to safeguard against their becoming second homes.
