§ Dr. BoysonIt is for the local education authorities to negotiate conditions of service with their employees and no information is collected centrally about the current arrangements. However, I am not aware that any local education authority operates a closed shop for teachers and my right hon. Friend would deplore strongly any attempt at such introduction.
