§ Mr. StanleyThere are no statutory forms for home improvement grant applications. The Department has provided model forms for the guidance of local authorities, most recently in DOE circular 21/80 when the model forms were considerably simplified following the passing of the Housing Act 1980. These forms are, however, advisory only and there is no obligation on authorities to adopt them.
