§ Mr. GrayOver the past 12 months the average price of domestic gas has increased by 23 per cent. and that of electricity by 9 per cent. Over the coming year I would expect domestic gas prices to rise by no more than about the rate of inflation and the electricity industry has already made it clear that there will be no general increase in electricity prices.
