§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergI am not aware of any specific assessment of the effects of cycling on health, but I am advised that cycling combines exercise, fresh air and relaxation, all of which have been found to be beneficial to health. If the hon. Member has any specific information on the subject, I hope he will write to me.
