§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe sum of £35,000 is included, as a new service, in the 1983–84 Estimates for agricultural support, Wales—Class XVI, Vote 2. Pending parliamentary approval of the 1983–84 Estimate, expenditure of up to £15,000 required from April onwards to continue a control programme previously funded locally, will be met by repayable advances from the Contingencies Fund.
