§ Mr. William SheltonIt is for local education authorities, as part of the provision they make for the education of adults in their area, to determine how best to secure provision to meet the needs of resettled Vietnamese refugees. The Department is considering, in the light of recent reports, how best to assist the development of provision to meet those adults whose first language is not English.
