§ Mr. WigginWe are improving the facilities at RAF Stornoway, which is a wartime forward operating base for NATO, in order to accommodate higher performance air defence aircraft. First contracts have been let for improvements to and extension of the runway, a new taxiway and aircraft dispersal locations.
