§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergUranium dust has been found on one new cobalt radiotherapy machine at the Churchill hospital, Oxford. This machine and three others installed at the Western infirmary, Glasgow, Addenbrooke's hospital, Cambridge and the Royal hospital, Shrewsbury were manufactured by a British firm, TEM Instruments Limited, although the component on which the dust was found was supplied by a company in the United States.
