§ Mrs. ChalkerTo facilitate enforcement of the law we tried to ensure that, as far as possible, the exemptions granted applied to vehicles readily identifiable as falling within an exemption category. In the case of vehicles being used by motor mechanics, the most sensible means of achieving this was by requiring the display of trade plates.
