§ 27. Mr. Bowdenasked the Minister for Trade when he expects to complete his consideration of the Insolvency Law Review Committee's recommendations for the personal liability of, and other matters connected with, directors involved in previous insolvencies.
§ Dr. VaughanI am urgently considering the committee's recommendations but cannot say when I will be ready to make proposals. My hon. Friend can be assured that I regard this as a matter of priority.
