§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithOur British sea fishery officers, who discharge the United Kingdom's responsibilities under the common fisheries policy in relation to conservation and control measures, undergo comprehensive training before taking up their duties. We have offered to provide this facility for the European Community Commission's inspectors when they are appointed.
