Member for Newham, North-West of 2 March, Official Report, c. 143, a decision has yet been made on charging Mr. Clive Moore for possessing a firearm without a firearms certificate; whether any disciplinary action has been or is to be taken against him; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Mr. MayhewWe understand that the Director of Public Prosecutions, to whom the papers were referred by the Commissioner, has advised that the interests of justice do not require the institution of criminal proceedings in this case. The Commissioner informs us that disciplinary proceeding have been instituted against Mr. Moore.
