§ Mrs. ChalkerResponsibility for the debt rests with the Humber Bridge Board, which has, by statute, 60 years in which to repay all the loans. It is too early to conclude that it will be unable to meet its obligations, particularly156W if tolls continue to be pitched at a sensible level which takes account of the considerable savings in time and money made by those who use the bridge.
