§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Science, in partnership with the Health and Safety Commission, will shortly be starting consultations on the future of the genetic manipulation advisory group. We are determined that any new arrangements for advising on genetic manipulation shall meet current and foreseeable needs and be effective in operation.
