§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergResponsibility for the payment of grants to English and Welsh students at schools of dental hygiene in England and Wales, unlike Scotland where there is a system of central funding, rests with the health authority in which the school is situated. We do not consider it necessary to support students elsewhere, and previous arrangements for the payment of a limited number of centrally funded grants have been discontinued.
