§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe waiting list for the provision of business and residential telephone service has been reduced from 122,400 as at 31 March 1981—equivalent to 7.9 per cent. of the annual demand for exchange connection service—to 20,100 as at 31 March 1982—1.4 per cent.—and to 5,100 as at 31 January 1983—0.4 per cent.
