§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe have allocated to the West Midlands regional health authority £854 millions revenue for 1983–84. This represents an increase in cash terms of 5.6 per cent. over the 1982–83 level and will allow for a real growth in planned services. It is now for the regional health authority to determine allocations to Coventry and the other district health authorities. I understand that the RHA will be making its decisions on 16 March.
