§ Mr. Speedasked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) if he will list the organisations and individuals outside his Department he regularly consults on highway, motoring and motor cycle matters;
(2) pursuant to the reply of 21 February, Official Report, c. 342, what further representations have been received from organisations or individuals about his dim-dip proposals; and what replies he has sent.
