§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will seek power to place an obligation on local authorities to provide for the installation of telephones in the homes of elderly and housebound people.
§ Mr. RossiI have no plans to seek to supplement existing powers which local authorities have to assist elderly and disabled people with the installation of telephones.
