§ Mr. RifkindNo suggestion of involvement by the Iraqi Government was made during the six week trial and Iraq has publicly denied any connection with or support for 477W those convicted of this crime. If clear evidence is obtained of improper activities by members of diplomatic missions, appropriate action is taken.
