§ Mrs. ChalkerNo information was given to my Department prior to the introduction of the new traffic controls. The Greater London council, as the traffic authority for the metropolitan roads connecting into Hyde park corner, is not required to consult the Department about proposals for traffic management measures of this kind on these roads.
