§ Mr. WaldegraveDetailed information of the kind requested is not available centrally. The council of local education authorities has recommended to local education authorities that full-cost fees be charged(a) to overseas students who began courses on or after 1 September 1980, and (b) to all students, including home students, on courses commissioned by an employer or other sponsor or on courses that are restricted to the employees or nominees of the sponsoring body. It is for each LEA to decide how to respond to the recommendations.
