(2) if he will indicate the cost in each of the last five years of maintaining a monitoring system for Concorde booms.
§ Mr. SproatThere are four observers, at Launceston, Looe, Bovey Tracey and Truro, who give their services voluntarily and without payment, the only modest costs being for postage and stationery.
