§ Mr. HurdMy right hon. Friend saw the Foreign Ministers of all our European allies at the NATO Council meeting in December and has also met a good many of them bilaterally. Arms control and disarmament have been high on the agenda on each occasion, reflecting the great importance which we attach to them.
