§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI refer my hon. Friend to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister to my hon. Friend, the Member for Canterbury (Mr. Crouch) on 22 February—[Vol. 37, c.388]—concerning the issue of a consultative document on the Government's proposals. We are anxious that the review body should be established as quickly as possible, and for that reason we have asked to have comments on the proposals no later than 6 April.
