asked the Attorney-General (1) if he has yet decided whether action should be taken following his receipt of a police report in March 1982 on the sale of blood from a London hospital;

(2) if he has yet decided whether action should be taken following his receipt of a report of the sale of blood by Army officers.

The Attorney-General

In my absence abroad the Solicitor-General has been consulted by the Director of Public Prosecutions concerning certain aspects of the case. Police inquiries are continuing but are expected to be concluded in the near future. Thereafter the Director of Public Prosecutions will make a final decision.
