§ Mr. RidleyEach borrower should receive from his lender details of how his loan is affected by the changes. The Inland Revenue has also prepared an explanatory leaflet—Miras 7—for lenders to send to borrowers about the new scheme. In addition, more general information for borrowers is provided in the notes enclosed with PAYE coding notices, in the general publicity in the run-up to the change in April and in the leaflet Miras 6 which is available from tax offices.
