§ Mr. RaisonA project study group comprising officials from the Government of Gibraltar and Her Majesty's Government, and using the services of the consultants A and P Appledore International Ltd., Coopers and Lybrand Associates Ltd., and A. R. Belch Associates Ltd. has been asked to prepare such argeements, plans, programmes, financial projections and other measures which will enable the Government of Gibraltar and Her Majesty's Government to decide whether or not commercialisation of the dockyard would be viable.

§ Mr. RaisonThe appointment of a company to manage a ship repair yard in Gibraltar is a matter for the Gibraltar Government. I would not expect any such appointment to be considered until the Gibraltar Government, in concert with Her Majesty's Government, have decided whether or not commercialisation of the dockyard will be viable.
