§ Mr. Peter MorrisonIt is estimated that about 1,000 16-year-old 1983 school leavers from the borough of Lambeth will participate in the youth training scheme in 1983–84. Outline proposals for 750 places for eligible 16 and 17-year-olds are already under discussion, of which 450 will be with employers.
