§ Mr. William SheltonVocational courses in art and design have an important contribution to make to the commercial and industrial prosperity of the country, and my right hon. Friend looks forward to receiving the advice of the national advisory body on local authority higher education, which has set up a working group to make recommendations for the effective and relevant provision of advanced art and design courses in the public sector.
