§ Mr. Alexander FletcherWe have not yet fully evaluated the success of the experimental enterprise allowance scheme and are therefore not yet in a position to decide whether to extend the scheme. However, as my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Employment announced on 23 February—[Vol. 37, c.477]—we have decided to continue the existing schemes until the end of the current financial year.
