§ Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Lewisham, West of 25 February, which areas of activity of the Equal Opportunities Commission have been curtailed or stopped completely as a result of the reduction in the approved staff complement.
§ Mr. WaddingtonThe reduction in the commission's complement to which I referred in my answer to the hon. Member on 25 February—[Vol. 37, c. 549]—was phased 135W over a 12-month period. I understand from the commission that there has been no withdrawal from a particular area of work and that no specific programme has had to be cancelled.
