§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will submit to the inquiry by Sir George Baker into the working of the Emergency Powers Acts information for each year since 1973 showing the number of persons convicted of scheduled offences who were convicted on the sole evidence of their own confessions; and whether he will publish such information in the Official Report.
§ Mr. PriorI shall meet as fully as possible any requests for information that Sir George Baker may make. The question of publication of any such material will be a matter for separate consideration.
