§ Mr. MacGregorNegotiations on 1983 total allowable catches and quotas and on elements needed to complete the Community regime on enforcement and on restructuring are currently taking place. Other elements of the common fisheries policy are in general working satisfactorily. I shall maintain close contact with the fishing industry on any problems arising.
